About this activity

Step into Room 317 — Midlab and try something fun with Google AI Studio. Build a browser mini-game called "Mouth Catcher": use webcam face tracking to detect when you open your mouth, catch falling food emojis, rack up combo streaks, and see your final score. A 60-second round, playful sounds, and a colorful UI make it a great hands-on intro to AI for kids and the curious.

Mouth Catcher mini-game

Create a browser game where webcam face tracking detects an open mouth, food emojis fall from the top of the screen, and you catch them by aligning them with your mouth. Add a combo counter, a 60-second timer, sound effects, and a "Play Again" button — all with Google AI Studio.
